City) is connected with the
project to transform the current United Brown Nations
into the United
Green Nations. Ukraine has an exclusive right to initiate the last project
as one of the founders of the United Nations in
1945. Kyiv
City should become
the
place of quartering all institutions of the United Green Nations, similar
(environmental) institutions
of the European Union, some universities and more.
