Corsica’s Tour de Corse and the Mecsek Rallye in Hungary, Ukraine’s Prime Yalta Rally marks another new territory for the International Rally Challenge (IRC) in 2011. The
asphalt event uses stages in mountains overlooking the Black Sea city of
Yalta in Ukraine’s Crimea region.
