the company has gradually expanded the geography and volume of its production activities.

Kernel is the Ukraine's largest vertically integrated agroindustrial
company, the leader on Ukraine's market of bottled sunflower
oil (with 35% market share), one of the Ukraine's key exporters of sunflower oil and crops.

Landkom International PLC (Landkom) is one of the largest Ukraine’s

producer of agricultural commodities including rape seed, wheat,

barley, maize and soyabean, with landbank of 74000 ha. The

commodities are supplied via grain traders to the global food and biofuel markets.
