European Interoperability Framework #

Recognizing the role of open source and open standards in innovations,
the European Commission has released its long awaited European
Interoperability Framework (EIF). EIF is the set of recommendations
that specify how administrations, businesses and citizens must
communicate with each other within EU and across Member States borders.
